Vermiwash:

Vermiwash is a liquid that is collected after the passage of water through a column of worm action and is very useful as a soil drench and foliar spray. It is a collection of excretory products and mucus secretion of earthworms along with micronutrients.

Vermiwash act as a plant tonic and helps to reduce several plant diseases. It is an organic growth and immunity booster in plants.  Research studies say that it has high microbes and enzymes content that prevents plants from infection, promotes better root growth and nutrient absorption.

It improves the nutrient status of both macronutrients and micronutrients. It can also be added to the compost pits to hasten the degradation process.

SRC Vermiwash:

As we have our own cow farm, we use 100% cow dung for production of worm and vermiwash. We use Eisenia fetida variety of worms. Healthy worms produced inhouse then used in a 200-liter drum to produce a vermiwash. Worms provided a healthy environment in drum with pure cow dung and water droplets are arranged to maintain proper moisture in drum. Also a natural filter is created in drum with sand, stone and bricks for clean vermiwash output.

• Contains higher amounts of enzymes, Vitamins and hormones like Cytokinins, auxins, gibberellins, and amino acids.
• Contains microbes such as heterotrophic bacteria, fungi, and actinomycetes, including nitrogen fixers, and phosphate solubilizers.

SRC Vermiwash Dosage:

• Root dip or stem dip: The solution wants to be diluted 5 times with water and seedlings of the plants are dipped in solution for 15 to 20 minutes before transplantation.
• Foliar Spray: Vermiwash is diluted 10 times with water and sprayed on the crops. Vermiwash can also be mixed with cow urine and can be used as bio-pesticide. 1 Ltr of vermiwash mixed with 1 ltr of cow urine and then diluted with 8 ltrs of water.
• Soil drench: Vermiwash is diluted 10 times with water and drenched to the crops. Minimum 5 liters per acre per month.
