These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the SRC Farms mobile application and website at srcfarms.com, operated by SRC Farms Private Limited ("Company", "we", "us", or "our").

By creating an account, placing an order, or using any part of our platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

SRC Farms provides a subscription-based and on-demand dairy delivery platform through which Users can:

• 🥛Subscribe to fresh milk delivery plans
• 🧀Order dairy products including Ghee, Paneer, and Dahi
• 📅Manage delivery schedules and vacation holds
• 💳Recharge and use a prepaid wallet for billing
• 📦Track orders, transactions, and delivery history

To use our platform, you may be required to create an account with accurate and complete information including your name, phone number, email address, and delivery address.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

All orders placed through the SRC Farms platform are subject to product availability, serviceability of your delivery area, and successful payment.

Subscription deliveries will continue as per your selected plan unless paused, modified, or cancelled by you through the platform or by contacting support.

To pause deliveries for vacations or schedule changes, users should notify us in advance through the app or support channels.

SRC Farms primarily operates using a prepaid wallet system. Users must maintain sufficient wallet balance for uninterrupted service.

Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways. We do not store your full card or bank credentials on our servers.

Promotional credits, wallet bonuses, and offers may be governed by separate terms and may not be redeemable for cash.

By using our platform, you agree not to:

• ✗Misuse offers, promo codes, or wallet benefits
• ✗Attempt unauthorized access to the platform or other accounts
• ✗Disrupt, damage, or interfere with the app, website, or delivery operations
• ✗Use the service for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose

All content on the SRC Farms platform, including logos, designs, text, graphics, product names, images, and software, is the property of SRC Farms Private Limited or its licensors.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit any content without our prior written consent.

Our platform and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we aim for reliability and quality, we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or always-available access.

Product availability, delivery timing, and service performance may be affected by weather, local conditions, traffic, technical issues, or other factors beyond our control.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SRC Farms Private Limited shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or services.

Our total liability for any claim relating to our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you to SRC Farms in the period reasonably connected to the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your account or access to our services if you violate these Terms, misuse the platform, or engage in fraudulent or harmful conduct.

You may stop using the platform at any time and request account closure by contacting us.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in West Bengal.
